Functional strength training that trains various muscle groups and strengthens the cardiovascular system.
It is a training course during which simple movements inspired by ballet are performed, muscle elasticity and coordination are developed, beautiful body lines are formed, and plasticity and graceful posture are formed. The training is adapted for a modern person who spends a lot of time in a sitting position.
Step Intro is teaching the basic steps of STEP, combining them into simple combinations. Teaching individual steps on Step platforms and performing simple combinations. An upbeat workout with music is sure to put everyone in a great mood.
It’s a full-body workout with elements of boxing. During training, general physical fitness is improved, endurance is developed, coordination is developed and boxing techniques are learned.

Rock n’ core

Does the club have a parking space?
Yes, there is a parking lot where our customers can park for free for 2 hours. Each time you leave, you must do the following:
1. Log in to your account on the Lemon Gym self-service website;
2. Show information about membership in the shopping center information (on the first floor in front of “Maxima”);
3. Say your car numbers; PC “Europa” compensates for 2 free parking hours, you can pay for the exceeded time in the “UniPark” app.
