It’s a full-body workout with elements of boxing. During training, general physical fitness is improved, endurance is developed, coordination is developed and boxing techniques are learned. Exercises are performed using balls of various weights, dumbbells, jump ropes, boxing gloves, and other sports equipment used by professional boxers. Due to the high number of punches performed, calories and subcutaneous fat are intensively burned.
