PRIVACY POLICY

  • What does this Privacy Policy mean?

In this privacy policy (hereinafter – Privacy Policy ), we provide you with information about how Gym LT, UAB (hereinafter – Lemon Gym ) processes your personal data after receiving:

  • by visiting the website lemongym.lt (hereinafter – the website );
  • by installing or using the Lemon Gym mobile application, which can be downloaded from iTunes and/or Google Play (hereinafter – the Application );
  • Lemon Gym providing services to you;
  • Your active actions on Lemon Gym’s social media accounts;
  • Lemon Gym’s direct marketing;
  • participating in Lemon Gym events;
  • participating in Lemon Gym auditions;
  • when executing contracts with legal entities, partners, suppliers;
  • making a request to us;
  • while visiting Lemon Gym sports clubs.

Below, all persons whose data is processed by Lemon Gym are called – Customers . The Privacy Policy also provides for certain obligations of Customers, which must be observed when visiting the Website.

  • About LemonGym

GYM LT, UAB, legal entity code 303472404, registered office at Kareivius st. 14, Vilnius, data about the company is collected and stored in the Vilnius branch of the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania. Contacts of the data protection officer – privatumas@lemongym.lt .

  • What is personal data?

Personal data is any information collected by Lemon Gym about the Customer that can be used to identify the Customer and is stored electronically or otherwise.

Personal data includes any information, including the Customer’s name, address, IP address, that Lemon Gym collects about Customers for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy or in a separate Customer consent or agreement with Lemon Gym.

This data also includes the Clients’ personal information in the public space, which Lemon Gym becomes familiar with when the Client contacts Lemon Gym’s social media tools or performs active actions on Lemon Gym’s social media accounts.

  • How do we collect your data?

How we collect your data depends on the services we provide to you or the nature of our cooperation.

Lemon Gym processes data:

  • received directly from the data subject (You), e.g. when you send us inquiries or messages through the specified contacts, sign cooperation agreements with us, or send us your resume when applying for vacant jobs, fill out questionnaires, register on our websites or organized promotions;
  • which are generated when you use our services , such as when you use our network and services, i.e. when you make a phone call, send a text message, browse the Internet, visit our websites, etc.;
  • which we receive from other sources, e.g., if there is a basis, from other institutions or companies, i.e. banks, publicly available registers, insurance companies, as well as from your employer, if he concludes a contract for the provision of services to you, etc.

When the service is provided to a child – information about the child’s health (requirements for the service provider related to children’s health). If you are our active Customer and you have not objected to receiving direct marketing communications from Lemon Gym, we will send you communications by e-mail based on our legitimate interest regarding goods or services that are similar to the services provided to you or the goods purchased.

If you are 14 years old, you can express your consent to receiving direct marketing messages yourself, but if you are under 14 years old, we will ask for your parental consent. In this case, we will ask you to provide the name, surname and e-mail address of your parents or guardians. email address to which we will send an inquiry regarding said consent. The personal data mentioned in this point will be processed by Lemon Gym for 1 year after receiving the consent, after which it will be deleted.

Your e-mail email address and phone number are provided to the social media networks Facebook and LinkedIn in order to display Lemon Gym advertising to you.

  • Website visitors

You can register and create an account on the website if you are 18 years old. All information you provide to Lemon Gym by becoming a registered Customer will be held and stored with the Customer’s consent in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy. If, in our reasonable opinion, you have violated any of the provisions of our Privacy Policy, we have the right to block the Customer’s account at any time .

If you know or suspect that an outsider has learned your registration name or password, you must notify us as soon as possible by e-mail. by mail: privatumas@lemongym.lt .

• You have the right to ask us to limit the processing of your personal data or not to process them :

  • during the period necessary for us to verify the accuracy of your personal data when you submit claims regarding the accuracy of the data;
  • when our collection, storage or use of your personal data is illegal, but you decide not to request data deletion;

  • Responsibility

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and the data you provide, and for any actions (data transfer, orders placed, etc.) that are performed on our website and/or the App after logging in using your login data. You may not disclose your password to third parties. If the services provided on our website and/or the App are used by a third person who has logged in to the website and/or the App using your login data, we consider that you have logged in. If you lose your login data, you must notify us immediately by mail, telephone, fax or e-mail.

You are responsible for ensuring that the data you provide to us is accurate, correct and complete.
