PILATES — a body strengthening system based on principles of control, balance, strength, and flexibility, with a strong focus on strengthening the deep muscles, especially in the abdomen, back, and pelvic area. Workouts may include Pilates rings, light dumbbells, resistance bands, balls, and other fitness equipment, making the sessions dynamic and suitable for people of all fitness levels.
