WHY IS IT WORTH VISITING THE SAUNA?
FIRST TIME IN THE SAUNA?

Start slowly
For your first time, keep it short and give your body time to adjust to the heat.
Listen to your body
There’s no single perfect amount of time to spend in the sauna – what matters most is how you feel.
Don’t forget to hydrate
Make sure to stay hydrated before and after using the sauna.
Give yourself time to cool down
After the sauna, don’t rush – take a few minutes to cool down and relax.
