Circle training
CIRCLE TRAINING — also known as circuit training, where participants move in a circle through different exercise “stations,” performing various exercises within a set time interval. Each station offers movements that develop speed, coordination, strength, and endurance.
During the workout, exercises use a variety of fitness equipment — medicine balls, dumbbells, TRX straps, battle ropes, and more — making the sessions dynamic and suitable for people of all fitness levels.
