ABOUT CLUB

• 27 clubs in the Baltic States.

• Between 2022 and 2024, 4 new clubs were launched, and 6 existing ones were renovated and modernized.

• In January 2025, two Impuls clubs were converted into Lemon Gym, one of which is exceptionally large and modern.

• All newly opened and renovated clubs feature a modern interior, new design solutions, a convenient layout with dedicated zones, and a wide range of additional services.

Facility requirements:

Area: 1,400–1,800 m². Can be split across two floors (approx. 30/70% ratio).
Ceiling height: 3.5–4.5 m.
Floor load capacity: 500 kg/m²
Electricity demand: approx. 175 kW.
Ventilation capacity: approx. 20,000–25,000 m³/h, with temperature maintained at 18–21 °C.
Preferred feature: natural daylight in the premises.
Good visibility from the street is important.
Parking: 50–100 spaces.
