KICK BOX

Kick Box – A full-body workout with kickboxing elements. During the training, all major muscle groups are strengthened, coordination is improved, endurance is developed, overall physical fitness is enhanced, and kickboxing techniques for punching and kicking are taught. Exercises are performed using weights, boxing gloves, and other sports equipment. This workout is designed both to strengthen the entire body’s muscles and to improve overall well-being and cardiovascular health.
