Bachelor of Sports.
Master of Sports and Tourism Management.
American Council on Exercise License.
Group and Personal Training experience with children and adults for over 8 years.
Lecturer at the Department of Sports, VMU.
Specialisation
My training is designed for anyone who wants to:
- improve overall fitness
- strengthen the cardiovascular system
- increase endurance and strength
- reduce body weight and improve well-being
- safely return to sports after a break or injury
- prepare for competitions
The training focuses on correct technique, safety and progressive increase in load.

I perform sports testing and research with special professional equipment. I create sports programs.
