STEP INTRO

STEP INTRO is an entry-level step aerobics class designed for complete beginners who want to become familiar with the step platform and the fundamental movements. The class introduces the basic steps, proper technique, rhythm, and directional changes without complex choreography. Taught at a slower pace, it is easy to follow, even if it is your very first time on a step platform.

This class builds the essential skills and confidence needed to progress to the longer step combinations introduced in STEP1. Each movement is explained clearly and taught progressively, providing a solid foundation for safe and effective development.

As you become comfortable moving to the rhythm, you will improve coordination, body control, and movement accuracy. Along with its physical benefits, the class boosts your mood, builds confidence, and motivates you to keep progressing on your step fitness journey.
