STEP2

STEP2 is a higher-intensity choreographed step aerobics class designed for advanced participants who have mastered the fundamentals of STEP1 and are ready for a greater challenge. Expect more complex step patterns, jumps, directional changes, and dynamic, high-energy choreography.

Using both fundamental and advanced aerobic step movements, the class gradually builds a continuous, rhythmical routine over the course of 50 minutes. It provides an effective cardiovascular workout while improving coordination, endurance, agility, and musicality.

In addition to strengthening the cardiovascular system and supporting calorie burning, the class also promotes emotional well-being by reducing stress, boosting mood, and leaving you feeling energized.
