STEP1

STEP1 is a low-impact step aerobics class designed for participants who are already familiar with the basic step movements and want to build their skills through longer, more fluid combinations. The class reinforces fundamental step patterns while gradually introducing simple choreographed sequences that help develop confidence on the step platform. Movements are taught progressively at a comfortable pace, making it easy to follow the rhythm and understand the choreography. The program focuses on proper technique, coordination, directional changes, and movement accuracy while enhancing rhythm and body awareness. Upbeat music and energetic yet accessible routines create an enjoyable workout that boosts motivation, improves cardiovascular fitness, and makes every class engaging and fun.
