Fit Boxing
FIT BOXING — a full-body workout incorporating boxing elements. During the session, overall physical fitness is improved, endurance is built, coordination is enhanced, and boxing techniques are learned.
Exercises involve using various weighted balls, dumbbells, jump ropes, boxing gloves, and other equipment used by professional boxers. Due to the high number of strikes performed, calories and subcutaneous fat are burned intensely.
