STEP INTERVAL

STEP INTERVAL — a choreographed workout using adjustable-height STEP platforms.

During the session, various strength and endurance exercise combinations are performed alternately at set time intervals. Dumbbells, special bars, resistance bands, or other fitness equipment may be used to maximize workout effectiveness. Step Interval strengthens all body muscles, burns calories intensely, improves cardiovascular health, and develops endurance and coordination.
