- Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Wellness, obtained from Lithuanian University of Educational Sciences;
- Additional seminars, trainings, and professional development courses.

- Personal training (for beginners and advanced clients);
- Weight management (muscle gain, fat loss);
- Wellness, physical condition assessment, posture and muscle imbalance correction, general physical conditioning, functional training;
- Conscious breathing and body calming practices that help develop a peaceful mind and inner balance.
Price and additional information
20 – 40 eur/hour.
- Small group training (2-6 people);
- Sports program design;
- Training sessions also available for teenagers and children;
- Remote training with supervision;
- Small group training for women – groups are formed monthly. Sessions/classes are for girls who want to get to know their bodies, learn how to exercise correctly in the gym and beyond. Groups include women of various fitness levels and consist of 6 participants.
