- Lithuanian Sports University. High-performance sports specialist training. Athletic preparation;
- Landmine University system trainer;
- TRX® STC Suspension Training certification;
- TRX® Functional Training certification;
- TRX® GTC Group Training certification.
- Personal trainer experience since 2016.
Specialisation
I specialize in strength, endurance, speed, general physical preparation, stability and balance, mobility, flexibility, posture improvement, and core muscle strengthening training.
I focus heavily on the functionality of movement. I design workouts based on the client’s goals and physical readiness. After assessing problem areas, I aim to restore movement mobility and improve the client’s posture.
Price and additional information
20 – 40 EUR/hour.
- Personal training;
- Small group training (2 – 4 people);
- Training plans (I create a plan only during personal training sessions);
- Muscle stretching, mobility exercises;
- Body composition analysis;
- Consultations on sports, nutrition, and training topics.
