YOGA & SOUND MEDITATION

This workout is dominated by light, slow movement, conscious attention and the sounds of singing bowls filling the room. Each movement is maximally conscious, the attention is easy to control and the sounds are gentle and deeply relaxing. The group workout is dominated by elements of sound therapy, yoga and meditation. The aim is to control attention in every movement of the body and mind. The bowls used in the training are ancient, bronze bowl-shaped instruments, which are also widely used in yoga, meditative music concerts, sound and music therapy. The sound is indescribably relaxing, it “touches” the imagination, it flows pleasantly through the body, as if you were bathing in a sea of sound.
