🍋 SUNDAY ENERGY: ZUMBA TRIO PARTY 💃

🗓️ OCTOBER 11

Latin American and contemporary music rhythms, dance and aerobics movements, and changing tempos will get your whole body moving while improving coordination and endurance.

Whether ZUMBA is already familiar to you or you’re trying it for the first time – let the music draw you in, move at your own pace, and enjoy the dance.

🍋 SUNDAY ENERGY: STEP BEAT

🗓️ OCTOBER 18

Let’s step into the rhythm! 👟 The “LEMON GYM SUNDAY ENERGY” series continues with a STEP workout led by Agnė. Get ready for energetic music, dynamic step combinations, and choreography that will challenge you to not only move but also test yourself!

More advanced steps, changes of direction, and longer combinations will come together into smooth, rhythmic movement on and around the step platform. The choreography will require focus and coordination, while we’ll learn the combinations gradually – step by step together with Agnė. It’s a chance to improve your sense of rhythm, movement precision, and endurance, and to experience the satisfaction of seeing individual steps come together into one complete dance. 🎶

If you’re already familiar with the basics of STEP, this workout is a great opportunity to try more interesting combinations and more advanced choreography.

🍋 SUNDAY ENERGY: POUND ROCK PARTY

🗓️ OCTOBER 25

We’ll create the rhythm ourselves! 🥁 The “LEMON GYM SUNDAY ENERGY” series brings you POUND ROCK PARTY – an energetic full-body workout where music, movement, and rhythmic drumstick strikes come together in one big party!

Using specially designed lightweight Ripstix® drumsticks, we’ll beat to the rhythm while combining Pilates- and yoga-inspired movements with active bodyweight exercises. Dynamic movement combinations will help improve strength, endurance, and coordination, while every strike of the drumsticks will help you connect even more with the music.

Whether POUND is already familiar to you or you’re trying it for the first time – catch the rhythm, move at your own pace, and enjoy the music.
