DISCOVER A DIFFERENT SIDE OF LEMON GYM

A new studio. A different rhythm of movement. The same energy for life.

LEMON GYM Reformer is a space where Pilates principles, specialized equipment, and attention to every movement come together. Here, you’ll take time to build a stronger body, improve your movement control, and focus on yourself.

MORE STRENGTH. MORE FREEDOM TO MOVE.

Reformer workouts strengthen muscles throughout the body while improving flexibility, balance, and stability. The focus is not just on movement itself, but also on how you perform it – from your breathing to your body alignment.

It’s time to learn to move more mindfully and develop a better understanding of your body.

WE’VE GOT ANSWERS

If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please contact us.

How do I book a class?

First, purchase a LEMON GYM Reformer studio membership. Once you have your membership, choose your preferred group class and book your spot here or through the LEMON GYM mobile app.

What should I bring?

Choose comfortable, fitted sportswear that allows you to move freely, such as leggings and a T-shirt. Avoid overly loose clothing or dangling drawstrings that could get in the way when using the Reformer.

Bring non-slip grip socks and a water bottle. You can also bring a small towel, and we recommend tying back long hair.

Are the classes suitable for beginners?

Yes! The Reformer’s spring resistance and exercise difficulty can be adjusted to suit your fitness level. If it’s your first class, let your instructor know – they’ll introduce you to the equipment and help you choose the right level of intensity.

Do I need to know how to use a Reformer?

No previous experience is required. Your instructor will explain how to use the Reformer, demonstrate the exercises, and help you perform them correctly. All you need to do is show up and be ready to discover a new way to move.

When should I arrive for my class?

We recommend arriving around 10–15 minutes before your class, especially if it’s your first visit. This will give you enough time to change, get familiar with the studio, and prepare for your workout without rushing.
