Breath & Sound Meditation
During the Breath & Sound Meditation training, elements of sound therapy, breathing, and meditation dominate. The goal is to control attention in every movement of the body and mind.
During this session, the trainer uses bowls, which are ancient bronze instruments widely used in yoga, meditation, and sound therapy. The sound is incredibly relaxing, ‘touches’ the imagination, and gently ‘flows’ through the entire body, as if you were bathing in an ocean of sound.
