Do you have what it takes to step into

LEMON GYM HYROX arena? 🔥

We invite the entire community to the selection events in Vilnius and Kaunas, where we’ll choose the 4 strongest participants – 2 women and 2 men – who will go to HYROX RIGA and compete in the team relay for FREE.

This selection event is also a chance for you to test yourself in a real HYROX format, experience the competition atmosphere, and see your current level of fitness and preparation.

Candidates willing to test their strength will face challenges created by our coaches,

which are based on the HYROX RIGA 2026 competition disciplines:

PARTICIPATION IS FREE

Event is for all LEMON GYM community members.

Spots are limited – registration is required.

💥Selected team members will have their entry fee for the HYROX RIGA team relay (Relay) covered, and will receive LEMON GYM team T-shirts.

Participants must be able to attend the HYROX competition and take part in the team relay in Riga on May 30 – 31. They must inform the coach about their participation by May 8th.
