For your convenience, we send you an email at the beginning of each month with a payment link. All you have to do is click on it and you will be redirected to payment for all available services.

You can also pay for your membership and additional services by logging in to the “My Lemon” self-service portal. or via the Lemon Gym Lithuania mobile app. Don’t forget that if you have additional services (Yanga, Roll Shaper, GOLD, etc.), you need to select each service for payment in the app.

To make sure your payments don’t get lost and you can exercise without restrictions, we recommend you sign up for an e-account with your bank:

Don’t be in a hurry to cancel your membership, it can be reissued to someone else for a €5 reissue fee. If you do decide to cancel your membership, please fill in the cancellation form. If your membership term is one month, please note that your membership will automatically renew once it ends. To cancel it, you must submit a membership cancellation request. If the membership is cancelled before the minimum commitment period has expired, the discounts granted will be charged.

If your membership has exceeded the minimum commitment period, the termination of your membership will take place 3 days after your request. If the minimum commitment period has not yet expired, the termination of membership shall take place no earlier than 14 days after.

A rebate fee is charged if membership is terminated before the end of the minimum commitment period. The amount of discounts granted shall be calculated for the entire period of use of the membership until the date of termination. The amount of the discount can be checked in the special conditions of your contract.

You can stop your membership via the “My Lemon” self-service portal. or app. Account – contract details – freeze contract.

Yes, for a €5 reissue fee. This service is available only for 12- or 24-month memberships. To reactivate your membership, please fill the membership transfer form and send it to hello@lemongym.lt. We will get back to you as soon as possible. The transfer form can be approved in one of the following ways: by electronic signature, handwritten signature, or by both parties sending separate emails stating, “I agree to the membership transfer.” Please remember that in order to reactivate your membership, all invoices submitted before the reactivation must be paid.

If your plans have changed, it is very important to cancel the training session. You can do this at least 90 minutes before the start of your workout. If you have booked a place in a group workout and you have missed the workout 3 (three) times in 2 (two) calendar weeks, you will be deactivated from the right to book the workout for 7 (seven) days from the date of the third absence. The Client must be present in the Gym when the group session starts. A no-show is considered to be 5 mins after the start of the workout.

You can cancel your reservation via Lemon Gym app.

The group training add-on cannot be purchased separately. It is available only as an add-on to an active LEMON GYM membership.

You can check in the self service portal My Lemon Gym, if there are any add-ons for group trainings, to add to your membership. If not, you can purchase a PREMIUM or a PREMIUM FLEX membership, since these include group workout service. You can find all membership prices here.
