Prenatal exercise is a safe and beneficial way to stay active during pregnancy. Properly selected exercises improve circulation, ensuring the baby receives more oxygen while helping the mother feel more energized. Regular movement also helps prepare for childbirth and supports a quicker postpartum recovery.

Emotional support is also an important part of the workouts – you’ll meet other expectant mothers, learn relaxation techniques, and reduce tension before the upcoming birth. Exercising during pregnancy is also associated with a lower risk of postpartum depression.
