Functional Training

During the workout, exercises are performed that mimic everyday movements such as squats, bends, pushing, pulling, rotational movements, stabilization, and balance control.
Unlike traditional training, the focus is not on individual muscles but on training multiple muscle groups simultaneously.

The training develops:

  • Strength and muscular endurance;
  • Movement coordination and balance;
  • Mobility and flexibility;
  • Stability during movement;
  • Overall physical fitness.
  • Workouts often use bodyweight and a variety of equipment, including free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, kettlebells, and balance platforms.

    Exercises can be easily adapted to individual fitness levels, making functional training suitable for both beginners and advanced trainees.
