How to use this device?

STEP 1

Set the duration of the massage by pressing the “TIME” button and the + / – buttons.

STEP 2

Return to the main menu by clicking the back icon.

STEP 3

Adjust the intensity of red light (RED) and infrared light (NIR) by pressing the light button.

STEP 4

To start a therapy session, click the start icon.

STEP 5

Lie down comfortably, close your eyes and enjoy the session!

Once the therapy session is over, the light will turn off automatically after the set time.

Cautionary warnings:

Red light and infrared therapy should not be used if:

  • You have or have recently had cancer
  • You are allergic and overly sensitive to light
Additional precautions:
  • Do not exceed the maximum session duration per area – 20 minutes;
  • Start therapy with a lower light intensity and gradually increase it every few days.
