Personal trainer
I train women to work with their bodies, not against them. Focused training for energy, strength, and overall well-being.
Education
Lithuanian Sports University – Bachelor’s in Sports, Master’s in Sports Management.
I continuously deepen my knowledge in functional movement, Pilates, strength training, and wellness. I have over 7 years of practical experience working exclusively with women in both group and personal training sessions. My work focuses on women who:
- experience chronic fatigue or burnout
- lack confidence in the gym are returning to exercise after a long break or injury
- want to start safely, gradually, and without pressure
I train women to work with their bodies, not against them.
Specialisation
I specialize in purposeful training that takes into account a woman’s body, emotional state, and energy fluctuations. My sessions are designed for women who want to restore energy, strengthen their bodies, and improve well-being after burnout, a long break from exercise, or injury, as well as for those starting from scratch and seeking a safe, supportive introduction to the gym.
My goal is to help women build strength, regain energy, and confidently take their first steps in the gym.
