Lemon Gym, Kaune veikiantis jau daugiau nei 10 metų, pradeda partnerių paiešką nuomai naujam projektui – “Sporto ir ilgaamžiškumo Hub’as by Lemon Gym”, kuris kuriamas Kauno miesto centre, Nemuno saloje esančiose Žalgirio baseino patalpose.

Lemon Gym, operating in Kaunas for over 10 years, is launching a search for lease partners for a new project – ‘Sports and Longevity Hub by Lemon Gym’, which is being developed in the very heart of Kaunas, in the Žalgiris Swimming Pool premises located on Nemunas Island.

Invites you to become part of the sports and longevity HUB

The developer of this HUB, the LEMON GYM fitness club chain, aims to bring together in this location an exceptional ecosystem of businesses representing the most popular sports disciplines, training concepts, healthy lifestyle initiatives, and longevity-focused ideas and services.

„The idea of the HUB is to bring together under one roof businesses that foster an active and healthy lifestyle and longevity concepts, so that visitors can find the widest possible range of services. We invite CrossFit, Hyrox, Reformer Pilates, sports and rehabilitation and physiotherapy specialists, dance clubs, cycling studios, specialized sports studios, longevity clinics, and companies or individuals engaged in similar activities to work together. This is not just a lease of premises – it is an invitation to become part of a long-term sports and longevity project. We are looking for partners who want to create and grow together in this project.” shares Greta Radzevičienė, LEMON GYM’s vision of the new HUB.

Offered to partners:

  • An exclusive location in the center of Kaunas, on Nemunas Island;
  • 7-year lease agreements;
  • Premises ranging from 100 to 500 m2;
  • High and consistent visitor traffic.

“Sports and wellness hubs are becoming increasingly popular worldwide. In such hubs, different studios, sports disciplines, and longevity services operate in one place. Such centers already operate in London, New York, and Berlin, and we want to offer similar services to the residents of Kaunas and the city’s visitors as well.” says G. Radzevičienė.

LEMON GYM is one of the largest fitness club chains in Kaunas, operating five clubs in the city. In December, a modern club was opened in Raudondvaris, featuring a modern Hyrox training zone.

LEMON GYM and IMPULS – an international fitness club chain originating from Lithuania, currently operating 33 clubs in 8 cities across the Baltic countries. This year, the chain plans to open 4 more new clubs and start operations in one additional new city.
