Lithuania’s first-ever ultimate abs competition: Lemon Gym unveils the new ABS ZONE.

On April 28, Vilnius will host Lithuania’s first-ever ultimate abs competition. The event will also be a great opportunity to get an up-close look at another new addition from LEMON GYM – the country’s first ABS Zone, recently opened at the Europa shopping center club and dedicated to core and upper body training.

The First and Only ABS zone in Lithuania

Participants and spectators are welcome in Vilnius on April 28 from 6:00 PM at LEMON GYM Europa, Konstitucijos Ave. 7A.

The organizers invite everyone to move beyond talk of “good-looking abs” and focus on what truly matters – strength, endurance, and readiness to take on a challenge. This competition will evaluate not just appearance, but true core muscle endurance.

The event calls for the boldest participants, ready to step on stage and prove that they train their abs for more than just looks. On April 28, the final will feature competitors selected by the jury: 4 men and 4 women. They will not only showcase their physique but also take part in specially designed challenges that will determine who truly has the strongest abs in Lithuania.

This is not a beauty contest. It’s not just about looks, but also about character.
